California Bike Accidents
Thousands of people are injured and even killed in bike accidents in California each year. Most bicyclists who sustain injuries in the Golden State require hospitalization and sometimes surgery in order to recover. The severity of injuries suffered by bicyclists ranges from minor to severe, with the majority of them being severe. This is because bicyclists are virtually unprotected while traveling, putting them at higher risk for catastrophic injuries if they become involved in a crash.
Serious injuries can cost a lot of money and force victims out of work for lengthy periods of time. Depending on how severe an injury is, it could be a major culprit in reducing the quality of life a victim is used to. Sadly, not everyone is always able to fully recover from their injuries. In severe cases, a victim’s entire life may change when they are hurt in a crash. Numerous victims are left permanently disabled by the injuries they sustain in auto accidents.
