Calabasas, CA (July 15, 2022) – A woman lost her life after she was hit by a bus on a freeway in Calabasas. Reports show that, just before the collision, the female was driving her SUV when it stalled on the roadway.
When the woman stepped outside of her vehicle, she was struck by a bus. Paramedics and other responders rendered lifesaving measures, however, she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on the northbound 101 freeway just north of Parkway Calabasas. The incident took place at around 7:39 p.m., police said.
Her identity has not been released. Police continue to investigate the details of the crash.
