California Motorcycle Accidents

Because they are almost totally unprotected while traveling, they are at a higher risk of sustaining serious injuries or even losing their lives if they become involved in a traffic accident with another vehicle.
Approximately 5,000 people lose their lives in motorcycle accidents per year. According to information from national motorcycle statistics, about half of the motorcycle collisions that occur in the United States take place due to drivers failing to yield the right of way to motorcyclists.
