Mines Law Firm is not a pro bono firm, and our rates are posted up front so you know the cost before you call. Your case must be in California; Attorney Jasmine is licensed to practice law only in California.
What we handle
Our attorney fee is a percentage of any money recovered for you. Case costs, such as filing fees, are the client’s responsibility and are usually paid out of the recovery at the end of the case. Your written fee agreement explains exactly how fees and costs work.

If you are charged with a crime and cannot afford a lawyer, you may ask the court to appoint a public defender.
Youth groups
Attorney Jasmine speaks to youth groups of 30 or more. She shares her story as the child of an incarcerated parent, as a biracial Black and Mexican woman, and as a law school graduate who went against all odds.
