Norwalk, CA (April 22, 2022) – A car rear-ended a semi-truck and then got stuck underneath it in Norwalk. The incident happened on the 605 Freeway on Thursday morning, April 21.
California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the scene of the wreck on the 605 Freeway at approximately 1:33 a.m. Thursday. They located the vehicle underneath the semi and reported that the driver was trapped inside.
Approximately 20 or 30 minutes later, the victim was freed from the wreckage. The driver was then transported to an area hospital with injuries of an unknown magnitude.
The California Fire Department and the Los Angeles County Fire Department assisted at the scene. The police in Los Angeles continue to investigate.
