Los Angeles, CA (June 20, 2022) – Authorities with the Los Angeles Police Department, EMS, and fire crews were sent to the scene of a fatal traffic collision on Monday. At approximately 10:16 p.m, the wreck occurred on La Cienega Boulevard.
Information from various sources states that the incident took place on La Cienega Boulevard near Wrightcrest Drive. A woman lost her life when her vehicle collided with the rear-end of another vehicle at the intersection.
Her vehicle struck a light pole, splitting it in two. The victim was identified as 22-year-old Jada Taylor Gipson, of Palmdale. She was pronounced deceased on-site by medical professionals.
The condition of the other driver has not been reported at this time. Authorities in Los Angeles continue to investigate the details of the incident.
