California Auto Accidents
Pedestrian collisions are some of the most damaging and catastrophic types of traffic accidents. Pedestrians are totally unprotected while traveling, putting them at serious risk for injuries or even death if they are involved in a traffic collision with a fast-moving vehicle. More than 6,000 pedestrians lose their lives every year in the United States. Pedestrians often suffer severe injuries like neck/spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, broken bones, disfigurement, etc. The types of injuries sustained in pedestrian collisions usually require hospital stays that last for weeks, exhausting medical procedures, and surgeries in order to successfully recover. It can be scary and overwhelming to deal with a situation of this magnitude.
Victims and their family members may be devastatingly impacted by their injuries. No one wants to get hurt in a crash. Unfortunately, injury collisions happen constantly. Sometimes, sadly, the injuries victims sustain are so severe they eventually pass away. More than 3,200 people lose their lives annually in the Golden State because of car wrecks.
