Granada Hills, CA (May 17, 2022) – Police were called to the scene of a car crash reported on a roadway in Granada Hills. The fiery two-car accident happened on the transition road of the 118 Freeway to the 405 Freeway.
Emergency crews arrived on the scene and found a vehicle that was fully engulfed in flames with three people trapped inside.
All three victims were pronounced deceased on-site. A black Mercedes was involved in the crash. The other driver was transported to a local hospital with injuries of an unknown magnitude.
Firefighters had to extricate the deceased victims from the vehicle. Their identities have not been released at this time.
